The only downside was the breakfast choices, as there was a bit of a mess and we had to give up on getting coffee or tea cups. It would be great if they could improve the organization during breakfast service.

The room I stayed in had a cozy fireplace and a luxurious spa bath with a hot tub. It made me feel like I was in my own private retreat. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. Plus, the seating area and sofa provided a comfortable space to unwind at the end of the day. I loved every moment of my stay here!

Personally, I didn't find much use for the bathrobe provided in the chalet.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings with mountains covered in snow and the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The fireplace in the lobby was perfect for warming up after a day of skiing. We loved the spa facilities, especially the sauna and jacuzzi, and the staff was always helpful and friendly. The highlight of our stay was the delicious Christmas dinner with traditional dishes. The portions were generous and we even had leftovers for the next day.

There were a few things that could be improved. The WiFi connection in our room was weak and we had to go to the lobby to connect properly.
